About 170 riders, most of them arrived on friday for better practicing on stages; 4 stages planned for the race path of the Sunday, but with the unknown of the BLIND SPOT !!! The Blind Spot is a hidden section of a stage, that riders will afford riding on sight, of course this factor raises the focusing level and the difficulty.

samples of BLIND SPOT warning signs …

As already happened in the past, the Blind Spot could be a a whole new stage, totally new for all the riders, exactly what happened also in this case where the Stage 3 has been replaced with another new trail !!!

Stage 1 fast, short but intense with a mix of all along the trail including drops, jumps and roots; Stage 2 challenging with its smooth granite rocks and characterized by several choices of line, some fundamental in order to gain precious seconds on the adversaries.

A little break before the Stage 3 …

Stage 3 as we said before, has been the «Blind Spot», with a new long trail to ride on sight, harder cause of the less grip ground and the difficulty of not being able to push to maximum because of the unknown path; Stage 4 the most physical, longer and challenging, similar to Stage 2 with smooth rocks, stunning landscape and fans ready to support the riders taking advantage of the clement weather.

In general a good weather has accompanied the days before the race, rewarding the hard work of local trailbuilders of A.S.D. ELBA OVEST – ENDURO, and gifting good trail’s condition for this competition.
